Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Oro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Picket (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terry Picket will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oro shoots in but no luck this time.
Picket tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Oro paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Picket avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

and Oro counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Oro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Picket swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Oro wants to control from the top but Picket keeps moving.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Vladimir Oro.

Oro has gone for a leg lock! Picket slips out almost immediately though and dives into Oro's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Oro accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Picket is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Oro, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
