Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Galustyan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Munoze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Michael Galustyan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mark Munoze!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munoze throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Galustyan on the side of the head.
Munoze works over Galustyan's head and body with a nice combination.
Munoze throws a right hand that misses
and Galustyan counters with a single leg into guard. Munoze didn't expect that.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Galustyan with a flurry of punches that miss.
Galustyan postures up and lands a big shot to Munoze's brow.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Galustyan lands a couple of elbows.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Galustyan is working Munoze over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Galustyan is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Galustyan passes Munoze's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Galustyan is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Munoze doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Galustyan.
Galustyan is nestled in close to Munoze, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Galustyan throwing shots but Munoze is blocking nicely.
Munoze pushes Galustyan off looking to stand but Galustyan dives back in and keeps control.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Galustyan lands a nice short elbow.
Munoze should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Galustyan working over Munoze with some ground and pound. Munoze looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Munoze is rocked!
Galustyan lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Munoze is still in real trouble! Can Galustyan finish him?
Galustyan lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Munoze quite badly. Munoze pulls Galustyan in close trying to recover. Galustyan postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Munoze on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Munoze doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Michael Galustyan!
