The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Smith swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Baggins fails in his attempt to clinch.
Smith misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Baggins really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Smith fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Baggins, pushing him back against the cage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smith cracks Baggins with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Smith immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Baggins is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Smith!
