The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ramos fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Suggs manages to avoid it.

Ramos throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Suggs on the side of the head.

Ramos lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Ramos is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Suggs.
Suggs has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Suggs might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Ramos throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Suggs colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Ramos as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Suggs is left battered and dazed whilst Ramos and his camp cheer!
