The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wells misses with a few strikes there.
Wells avoids the body shot from Tibbs.
Tibbs pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Richard Wells seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wells slips under a jab.
Donk. Tibbs catches Wells right on the button with a cross.
Wells throws a hook to the side of Tibbs's head but Tibbs sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Wells looks to land a combination but Tibbs avoids it well.
Wells misses with a series of wild punches.
Wells throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

It looks like Richard Wells has been cut.
Wells moves forwards but Tibbs connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Tibbs throws the left hand but Wells avoids the punch easily.

and Tibbs makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Wells seems to have recovered his senses.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Wells seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Tibbs shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Wells is backing up but Tibbs catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Wells covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Tibbs Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
