Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wayne Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luc Lemay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Shamrock might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Hybrid Conscious . Lemay is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Gorguts - Obscura. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lemay decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Lemay is looking for a kimura but Shamrock is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lemay to get the leverage.
Lemay prevents Shamrock from improving his position.
Shamrock knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lemay on the ground.
Shamrock is not content to let Lemay control the position.
Lemay throwing shots but Shamrock is blocking nicely.
Lemay throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Shamrock on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Shamrock tries to get out of the position.

Lemay is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Shamrock has managed to free his arm - good work.
Shamrock moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Shamrock wants to sweep but no luck.
Lemay being controlled here momentarily.
Lemay tries to free his leg and advance position but Shamrock is retaining full guard.

Shamrock is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Shamrock is looking for a triangle here but Lemay uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Lemay has hold of Shamrock's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Shamrock seems comfortable defending it but Lemay has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Shamrock is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Shamrock is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Lemay couldn't care less - he's delighted!
