The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cuddell closes the distance looking to clinch
and Hardy counters with a big head kick but Cuddell shrugs it off.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cuddell tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hardy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hardy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

That was a close round but I would say that Matt Hardy will probably get the nod.
