Fratibi lands a nice looking body shot.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Del Rio.
Fratibi throws a right hand that Del Rio ducks under and follows up with a left that Del Rio also avoids with ease.
Del Rio throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fratibi scores with a jab to the body.
Fratibi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Del Rio's head backwards.

It looks like Alberto Del Rio has been cut.
Del Rio fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fratibi avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alberto Del Rio. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A nice combination there by Fratibi.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fratibi feints a jab promting Del Rio to slip. Fratibi then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Del Rio slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Alberto Del Rio's cut is getting worse.
Fratibi feints with a jab and clips Del Rio right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Del Rio is sent crashing into the canvas and Fratibi leaps in for the kill! Del Rio tries to get to his feet but Fratibi is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Del Rio is in need of a savior and steps in!
