Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Future Hoffer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Semin Cuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cuk on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Cuk leaves Hoffer with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hoffer misses with a takedown attempt - Cuk sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Hoffer fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Future Hoffer. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cuk closes the distance looking to clinch
and Hoffer counters with a slapping leg kick.

and Hoffer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hoffer shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cuk sprawls well. Cuk wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hoffer gets slowly back to his feet.
Cuk tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Hoffer counters with a crisp one two that drops Cuk! Hoffer thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Cuk to his feet! Cuk is in big trouble!
Future Hoffer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hoffer shoots in for a double leg but Cuk sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Hoffer tries to clinch up but Cuk circles away and keeps his distance.
Semin Cuk is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Hoffer gets tackled into the cage by Cuk. Cuk maintains the clinch.

Cuk trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Hoffer throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Cuk escapes and throws Hoffer's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Cuk remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Cuk tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hoffer paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Cuk ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hoffer moves away.

Hoffer shoots for a double leg takedown but Cuk sprawls well. He's pushed Hoffer's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Cuk can't find room to land a body shot as Hoffer controls the action.
Hoffer wants to break the clinch but can't.
Cuk lands a right hand.

Hoffer is trying to pull guard but Cuk turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Cuk throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Hoffers head.

Hoffer wants to take the fight to the mat but Cuk manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Cuk gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Hoffer.

Hoffer jumps guard but Cuk turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hoffer tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Cuk smiles and moves away.
Cuk feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Hoffer's calf.
Cuk tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hoffer paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hoffer shoots for a double leg takedown but Cuk sprawls well. He's pushed Hoffer's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Hoffer looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cuk is fending him off so far but Hoffer persists. Nope, Cuk circles away and we're back to standing.

Hoffer has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Cuk misses with a body punch.
Hoffer is trying to maintain a safe position but Cuk gets an underhook and turns Hoffer into the cage.
Hoffer goes for a takedown attempt but Cuk pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Cuk tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hoffer manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Cuk displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hoffer.

Hoffer gets tackled into the cage by Cuk. Cuk maintains the clinch.
Cuk is trying to force a seperation but Hoffer has the dominant position.
Cuk's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Cuk avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Cuk wants to clinch up but Hoffer keeps it at a distance.
Hoffer fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
