Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nick Tucker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Loke Adelin!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Joseph Jones and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tucker fails to land the takedown.

Adelin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Adelin is looking for a kimura here.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Tucker is not content to let Adelin control the position.
Adelin is looking to advance position but Tucker won't allow it.
Tucker trying to control but Adelin postures up.
Tucker is breathing heavily.
Tucker is not content to let Adelin control the position.
Tucker regains full guard. Nicely done.
Adelin loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Tucker is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Tucker keeping moving, preventing Adelin from controlling successfully.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Adelin misses with a takedown attempt

and Tucker counters with a shoot takedown. Adelin fights it but they end up in guard.
Adelin is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Adelin trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Adelin wants to sweep but no luck.
Adelin is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Tucker is looking to control Adelin's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tucker avoid being mounted?
Adelin wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tucker keeps working.

Tucker is pressing down on Adelin's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Adelin trying to control the position from guard on top but Tucker is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Tucker is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Adelin tries to free his leg and advance position but Tucker is retaining full guard.
Tucker seems keen to control Adelin's posture.

Tucker's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Nick Tucker just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Adelin drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Tucker is looking for a sweep.
Adelin working away.
Tucker is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Adelin off and has taken his back!
Adelin is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Tucker.

Adelin trying to control the position but Tucker manages to sink in the hooks.

Tucker tightening his grip on Adelin, looking for the choke.
Adelin looking very determined here, making life difficult for Tucker.
Tucker controlling the position well here. Adelin rolled but Tucker kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Adelin can't escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nick Tucker dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Adelin is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Tucker is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
