The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Vantrell closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Davis did well to prevent Vantrell getting side control.

Davis is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Vantrell pulls his head out easily.
Vantrell is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
