Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Clayton Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grigorio Escobar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grigorio Escobar will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Clayton Black!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Grigorio Escobar!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Black is defended easily by Escobar.
Escobar plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Nice takedown defense from Escobar. No joy for Black on that attempt.
Black doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Escobar counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Clayton Black. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Black tries to score a power double leg takedown but Escobar sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Black somewhat.
Black fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Escobar avoids it really well and circles away.
Escobar is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Escobar cracks Black with a good jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Black with a poor takedown
and Escobar counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Black on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Black shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Good shot there by Escobar.
Escobar thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Black if he has to take too many more of those.

Escobar lands a big head kick that sends Black tumbling to the mat! Escobar takes a step backwards and waves Black back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Black is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Black shoots in looking for a takedown but Escobar manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Black's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Oh Black is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A lazy left from Escobar finds it's target.
Escobar cracks Black with a left hook right on the temple and Black goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Escobar lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Black is OK!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Grigorio Escobar!
Grigorio Escobar really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that FinnFighter Nutrition (Five 160Q supps!) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
