The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sion ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Braga misses with a body punch
and Sion counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sion.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Sion drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sion jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Sion drops back, looking for a kneebar! Braga looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Braga looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Braga!
Sion takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Braga moves into full mount!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

It looks like Warmonger Sion has been cut.
Braga working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Sion really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Braga. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Braga loads up with a big shot that hurts Sion! He's pulled Braga in close but Braga has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Sion survive? More strikes from Braga and Sion is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
