Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gerard Esqueda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Olaf Saurkraut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Esqueda might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Cant del Barça. Saurkraut has chosen Poland National Anthem as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saurkraut misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A nice leg kick lands there from Esqueda.
Saurkraut throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Esqueda's waist but Esqueda gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Saurkraut off to one side.
Saurkraut connects with a good right hand that stumbles Esqueda. Esqueda circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Esqueda pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Saurkraut shoots for a takedown but Esqueda saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Saurkraut decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Esqueda wants to improve his position but Saurkraut is controlling well.
Esqueda is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Saurkraut is tapping! Great win for Esqueda!
