Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chad Vonny!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Irving Massimo!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Massimo gets the takedown into side control.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Massimo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Massimo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Vonny on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Massimo lands some shots froms side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vonny is trying to control Massimo's posture but Massimo avoids it.
Massimo trying to control the action but Vonny is working from the bottom.
Massimo stands up and beckons Vonny to his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vonny pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Massimo back to the cage. Vonny follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Massimo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Vonny.
Massimo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Vonny, pushing him back against the cage.
Vonny struggles to land a body shot inside as Massimo controls his hands.
A body shot lands from Vonny.
Massimo looks winded!
Vonny breaks from the clinch.
Vonny scores with a decent looking hook.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Vonny getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Vonny throws a series of punches but Massimo moves out of range.
Massimo fails with a takedown attempt.
Massimo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Vonny sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Massimo somewhat.
Vonny misses with a jab, cross combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Massimo.
Chad Vonny has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Irving Massimo.
Vonny connects with a combination that backs up Massimo into the cage. Vonny lands a flurry of punches that gets past Massimo's guard. Massimo is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Vonny bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chad Vonny!
After winning the bout, Chad Vonny thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
