Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Juliard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Cartman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson Juliard has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Juliard looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cartman is fending him off so far but Juliard persists. Nope, Cartman circles away and we're back to standing.

Cartman closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Juliard looking to break Cartman's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Cartman remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Juliard will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Juliard.

Cartman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Juliard looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Juliard throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cartman's waist but Cartman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Juliard off to one side.
