Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between War Tank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Philippe Chuteboxe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tank shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Tank fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Chuteboxe throws a series of strikes that have Tank backpedaling.

It looks like War Tank has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A jab lands there for Chuteboxe.

Tank bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Tank is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Chuteboxe knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Chuteboxe is trying to buck Tank off.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tank tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

Tank is working Chuteboxe over with some ground and pound from side control.
Chuteboxe is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Tank is controlling him well.

Chuteboxe throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Tank tries to score a power double leg takedown but Chuteboxe sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tank somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for War Tank. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Tank closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Chuteboxe's guard.

It looks like Philippe Chuteboxe has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chuteboxe is trying to buck Tank off.

Tank throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Chuteboxe works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tank seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Chuteboxe swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

so Tank counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Tank stands and throws Chuteboxe's legs to the side, diving into side control.

A relieved looking War Tank thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
