Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lukas Calazans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiago Camilo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Calazans comes to the cage accompanied by Deep Purple - Burn. Camilo has chosen Time as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Edson Gomes and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camilo shoots in but no luck this time.
Calazans displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Camilo.
Calazans shoots for a takedown but Camilo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Camilo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Calazans's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Camilo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Calazans is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Camilo, into his guard.
Camilo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Camilo seems to be working for a kimura but Calazans defends the submission attempt.
Calazans moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Calazans pulls Camilo in close to prevent any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Camilo drops back, looking for a kneebar! Calazans looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Calazans looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Calazans!
Camilo takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Camilo is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Calazans off and has taken his back!
Camilo has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
Calazans defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Camilo's arms.
You can see the frustration on Calazans's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Camilo is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Calazans defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Well, with Camilo on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Calazans is tapping out... Can he escape the position?

Camilo working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Calazans is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Camilo has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Calazans taps out!

A relieved looking Tiago Camilo thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
