Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter throws a series of punches but Thompson moves out of range.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Fighter is defended easily by Thompson.
Fighter leaves Thompson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Thompson connects with a body shot.
Fighter misses with the combination.
Thompson closes the distance and clinches.
Thompson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Fighter with a lazy takedown attempt
so Thompson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fighter is trying to keep Thompson in close.
Thompson trying to control but Fighter is working from the bottom.
Thompson showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Fighter working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Thompson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Thompson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Thompson is looking to stand up but Fighter won't let him.
Fighter has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Thompson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fighter looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Thompson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Fighter looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Thompson trying to control the position from guard on top but Fighter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Thompson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fighter on the ground.

Fighter is looking to sinch up a triangle. Thompson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Fighter's body to avoid the submission. Fighter has instead reached around Thompson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Fighter arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
