The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doe darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Doe looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Doe looks to land a combination. Cool sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Cool fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Doe, pushing him back against the cage.
Doe is trying to break free.

Cool breaks from the clinch.
Cool keeps the fight on the outside.
Cool throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Doe's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Cool dives in looking to finish as Doe flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Cool's strikes! Cool is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Doe's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Doe was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
