The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Landa shoots for a takedown but Rubio saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Rubio tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Landa takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Rubio will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Rubio misses with a wild body shot.

Rubio shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Rubio is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Landa works his way to full guard. Good work.

Landa has his feet on Rubio's thighs here. He's pushed Rubio off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Rubio screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
