The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kain avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Whiteblade shoots for a takedown but Kain saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Whiteblade fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

You can see the frustration on Kain's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Despite being in the dominant position, Simon Whiteblade just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Kain moves in looking to clinch but Whiteblade pushes him off.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Kain lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Kain stalks Whiteblade and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Whiteblade's face. Whiteblade staggers backwards, shaken.
Whiteblade shoots in for a double leg but Kain sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
