Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steel Winner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saulo Henrique Assun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steel Winner has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Steel Winner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Saulo Henrique Assun!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winner walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
It looks like Steel Winner has been cut.
Some bone on bone action there as Winner checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Assun moves out of range of the body kick from Winner.
Winner blocks a head kick by Assun.
Assun lands a front kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Assun throws a leg kick which misses Winner's front leg but catches the back leg as Winner tries to avoid it.
Assun lands a right hook to the body.
Winner is breathing heavily.
Winner takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Assun lands with a thumping leg kick.
Assun pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A chopping leg kick lands by Assun.
Assun darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Assun pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Assun fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Winner.
Assun fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Winner has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Winner doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Assun lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Steel Winner's cut is getting worse.
Assun throws a nice outside leg kick.
Winner stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Assun.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Assun scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Assun fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Winner is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Assun lands a big right hand that sends Winner crashing to the mat! Assun stays standing though and waves Winner back to his feet!
Winner is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Assun lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Assun.
Assun cracks the inside of Winner's front leg.
Assun cracks Winner with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Winner looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Assun finish him?
Oh Winner is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Steel Winner's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Assun cracks a nice hook into Winner's ribs.
A slapping body kick lands there for Assun.
Winner seems to have got his legs back now.
Winner walks straight into a right hand from Assun - that's dropped him! Assun jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Winner from any more punishment! Winner complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Saulo Henrique Assun!
