Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ty Ming (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paddy Mcdonna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ming turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Ming manages to end up in side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Ming wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mcdonna keeps working.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Ming tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Mcdonna wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Mcdonna decides to stand up, so the ref orders Ming to his feet.
Ming changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mcdonna tries to avoid it but Ming manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mcdonna to the ground. Mcdonna escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Ming jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mcdonna walks away with a smile on his face. Ming gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
