The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wall keeps the fight on the outside.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Staley is defended easily by Wall.
Wall connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Wall scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Staley dives in and grabs Wall's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wall pushes down on Staley's head and hops out.
Staley tries to clinch
and Wall cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Staley shoots in for a takedown but Wall shows good takedown defense.
Grundy Wall has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jerry Staley.

and Wall comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Staley stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Wall is on him like rabid pit bull! Staley slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
