Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jose Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aldo comes to the cage accompanied by Run this town-rihhana. Perez has chosen Kill The Noise Pt. 1 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perez misses with a takedown attempt - Aldo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Perez in particular looking to stall.
Perez seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Aldo does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
