The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Washington throws a hook to the side of McJuckett's head but McJuckett sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Washington throws the left hand but McJuckett avoids the punch easily.
McJuckett clobbers Washington with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Washington misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Washington with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling McJuckett to score with a decent uppercut.
A nice leg kick lands there from McJuckett.

and McJuckett counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Washington is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Oh McJuckett is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McJuckett is breathing heavily.
Washington closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops McJuckett! Washington dives in looking to finish! McJuckett is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

After the fight, Leonard Washington was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
