Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Torrance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunmetal Grey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torrance comes to the cage accompanied by Shadow on the Sun by Audioslave. Grey has chosen Killed By Death as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torrance misses with a body punch
and Grey counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Torrance pivots, looking for a leg kick but Grey is out of range and Torrance settles back down.
Grey finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Grey moves out of range of the strikes.
Grey throws a head kick that misses.

Grey closes the distance and clinches up with Torrance, looking for a takedown. Grey pushes Torrance against the cage but Torrance circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Torrance lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Grey backwards.

Torrance is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Grey is keeping busy.

Torrance wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Grey.
Torrance lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Torrance throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Torrance has managed to clinch.
Grey jumps guard but Torrance turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Grey has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Torrance uses from the top position.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Grey is looking for a triangle here but Torrance uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Torrance is trying to ground and pound but Grey uses the momentary lack of control by Torrance to regain half guard.

Grey is staying active underneath Torrance, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Grey is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Torrance is tapping! Great win for Grey!
