The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rikjaared bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Mann is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Mann manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Rikjaared is defending against the submission attempts here by Mann.
Rikjaared looks like he's trying to stand up.

Mann is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Rikjaared is trying to stand back up but Mann is controlling him

Rikjaared manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rikjaared changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mann tries to avoid it but Rikjaared manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mann to the ground. Mann escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rikjaared misses with a takedown
and Mann counters with a left and a right that stings Rikjaared.
Rikjaared tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mann swivels and escapes.
Alexander Mann has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ruud Rikjaared.

Rikjaared shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Mann gets back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mann has his feet on Rikjaared's thighs here. He's pushed Rikjaared off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Rikjaared screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
