Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Linden Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brent Bacardi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brent Bacardi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bacardi throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Bacardi pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Miller gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Bacardi counters with a nice leg kick.
A lazy left from Bacardi finds it's target.
Bacardi swings for the body but Miller moves out of range.

Miller misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bacardi.
Miller shoots for a double leg takedown but Bacardi sprawls well. He's pushed Miller's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Bacardi throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Miller tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bacardi swivels and escapes.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bacardi can do anything to dispel that myth.

Bacardi lands a really nice looking cross but Miller seems unphased.

Miller is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Bacardi's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Miller takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Miller throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bacardi was covering up waiting for the punch and Miller finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Bacardi wants to get back to his feet but Miller is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Bacardi keeping moving, preventing Miller from controlling successfully.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Linden Miller just wasn't active enough.
Miller blocks a head kick by Bacardi.
Bacardi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Miller throws out the jab.

Bacardi is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Miller had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Bacardi catches Miller with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Miller closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Bacardi's guard.

Miller passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Bacardi!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Miller softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Bacardi is out cold! Miller jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
