The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodrigo lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
A head kick from Rodrigo lands but Pol takes it in his stride.
It looks like Ku Pol has been cut.
Rodrigo throws a sloppy head kick and Pol moves out of range easily.
Pol closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Pol moves into the clinch.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pol lands a shot to the body.

Pol lands a hook to the side of the head.
Pol cracks Rodrigo with a nice body shot.
Pol can't find room to land a body shot as Rodrigo controls the action.
Pol struggles to land a body shot inside as Rodrigo controls his hands.

Pol tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Rodrigo's elbow.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Pol wants to stand but Rodrigo is controlling his posture from full guard.
Pol might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Rodrigo is looking for a triangle but Pol pushes his legs off easily.
Rodrigo looks winded!
Pol tries to free his leg and advance position but Rodrigo is retaining full guard.
Pol in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Pol knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rodrigo on the ground.
Pol tries to stand but Rodrigo is controlling from the bottom.
Pol has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Rodrigo is looking for a triangle but Pol pushes his legs off easily.
Pol wants to get up but he can't break Rodrigo's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rodrigo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pol doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Rodrigo is tightening it up a little... Pol has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Pol reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Pol taps out! Nice BJJ there by Rodrigo!
