And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonny Utah!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansen tries to clinch but Utah moves out of range.
Hansen tries for a takedown but Utah circles away easily
and Utah counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Hansen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

and Utah counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Utah leaves Hansen with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Hansen fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Utah to the ground. Hansen is now in Utah's guard.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Utah keeping moving, preventing Hansen from controlling successfully.

Utah is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Hansen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hansen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Utah swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Utah pushes Hansen off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Hansen has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Utah is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Utah has one foot on Hansen's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hansen thows a body shot but no joy.
Hansen tries to close the distance and clinch but Utah swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
No luck for Hansen with that takedown attempt.

Hansen dives in and grabs Utah's left leg, looking for a takedown. Utah pushes down on Hansen's head and hops out.

The fight stays on the outside here - Hansen looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Hansen changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Utah fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Hansen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Utah's waist but Utah gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hansen off to one side.
Some bone on bone action there as Utah checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Hansen takes the fight into the clinch.
Hansen is trying to pull guard but Utah turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Utah gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Hansen.
Utah has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

That was a close second round but I would say that Harrison Hansen will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Harrison Hansen.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hansen, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
