Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jay Firestone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blas Ople (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ople has chosen The Struggle Within by Metallica as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Blas Ople!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Hugh Johnson and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ople throws a head kick but Firestone moves out of range.

Firestone drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Firestone decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Ople dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Firestone. That did some damage!
Ople stuffs the takedown attempt from Firestone. Firestone gets slowly back to his feet.
