Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brande Eideann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sentinel Prime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eideann comes to the cage accompanied by We Didn't Start the Fire. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eideann lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Prime circles away quickly and effectively.
Eideann misses with a takedown
and Prime counters with a right hand to the body.
Prime lets loose with a powerful body kick. Eideann will feel that in the morning.
Eideann shoots in for a takedown but Prime shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Prime misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Prime stuffs the takedown attempt from Eideann. Eideann gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brande Eideann. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Prime tries to hold on but Eideann pushes him away.
Eideann moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Prime has worked his arm free - good work by Prime!
You can see the frustration on Prime's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Prime tries to improve position but can't.
Eideann wants to control but Prime is keeping him busy.
Eideann goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Prime rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Eideann's guard! Nice work there by Prime!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Eideann looking for a sweep. Not yet Eideann, not yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Prime postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Eideann has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Prime can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Eideann has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Prime should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Eideann has tightened it up now! Prime should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
