The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spencer doesn't succeed with the takedown
and LaBeouf counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Spencer shoots and misses
and LaBeouf counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Guster Spencer has been cut.
A left and a right from LaBeouf both land. Nice combination.
LaBeouf shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than LaBeouf was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Spencer tries to reverse the position but LaBeouf maintains control.
LaBeouf is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Spencer is forced to tap! Great finish!

After the fight, Shia LaBeouf was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
