Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rock Stronghold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddy Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas fails with the takedown
and Stronghold counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Thomas's guard now.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Stronghold got a little sloppy there for a moment and Thomas has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Stronghold has managed to get both his arms back between Thomas's legs - danger averted.
Thomas seems keen to control Stronghold's posture.
Thomas escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stronghold gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
