The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Wilde fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gray manages to avoid it.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by De Wilde.
De Wilde lands with a straight right. Gray didn't see that one coming.
Both fighters circling a little - De Wilde finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
De Wilde looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gray is fending him off so far but De Wilde persists. Nope, Gray circles away and we're back to standing.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
