Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Storm Tower (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dumb Ass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dumb Ass has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Storm Tower!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dumb Ass!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Taro Takaoka and Yuuki Gou.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tower scores with a jab. Ass acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

It looks like Dumb Ass has been cut.

Tower gets a clinch.
Tower lands a body punch in the clinch.
Ass tries to pull guard but Tower won't allow it.
A short right from Tower on the inside.
A short left from Tower.
Ass tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Tower smiles and moves away.
Tower fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Ass shoots for a double leg takedown but Tower sprawls well. He's pushed Ass's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Storm Tower has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dumb Ass.
Ass uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Tower.
Tower keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Ass looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Ass drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

with the fighters clinched against the cage, Tower creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Tower rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ass moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Ass wants to control from the top but Tower keeps moving.

Tower escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ass gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Tower has momentary wrist control but Ass slips an elbow through the middle.

Tower stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ass swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Ass manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Tower regains half guard.
Ass lands with a punch from half guard.

Tower manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ass manages to get himself to full guard.
Ass has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Tower stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ass swivels though and keeps the full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Tower pushes down on Ass's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Tower prevents Ass from improving his position.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Ass on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Ass closes the distance and clinches up with Tower, looking for a takedown. Ass pushes Tower against the cage but Tower circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Tower turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Tower manages to end up in side control.
Tower connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Ass some visible discomfort.

Ass takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Ass is breathing heavily.
Ass is trying to control Tower's posture but Tower avoids it.

Tower wants to control the pace but Ass is squirming around nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tower cracks Ass with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tower connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Ass is in a horrible position here. Tower smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Ass manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Tower prevents Ass from improving his position.

Tower has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Ass changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tower looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Ass is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Tower looks calm but he's in trouble here. Ass gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Tower is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Ass lets go of the hold and Tower can pop his arm back in it's socket.
