Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Conrad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Bond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Conrad has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A bone on bone clash there as Bond blocks the leg kick.
Horrible takedown by Bond or perhaps it was just good defense by Conrad which made him look bad.
Bond looking to score a takedown here. Conrad is defending well but Bond drives through and ends up in Conrad's guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Bond gets to his feet - Conrad follows without any prompting.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bond throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Conrad was covering up waiting for the punch and Bond finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Bond decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Bond moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Conrad gets caught flat footed, as Bond shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bond is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Bond connects with a couple of short punches.
Bond drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bond jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Bond works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bond is trying to control the action in half guard but Conrad is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bond uses his free foot to push down on Conrad's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Conrad.

Conrad has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.
Bond is looking for the choke from the back position but Conrad is controlling his hands well.

Bond is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Conrad defends well.
Bond had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Conrad defends it easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bond is pulling down on Conrad's head to control his posture.
Conrad wants to stand but Bond has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Bond escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Conrad gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Bond has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Conrad can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Bond manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Conrad manages to get himself to full guard.
Bond gets to his feet. Conrad looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Bond changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Conrad tries to avoid it but Bond manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Conrad to the ground. Conrad escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Conrad tries to work over Bond's front leg with a kick but Bond checks it.

Well Bond has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
