Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Galt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Tanner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Galt comes to the cage accompanied by State of the Union by Rise Against. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Danny Tanner!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanner keeps the fight on the outside.
Tanner misses with a head kick.
Tanner lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Galt circles away quickly and effectively.
Tanner throws a big shot that misses.
Tanner gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Galt.
It looks like Danny Tanner has been cut.
Galt fails in his attempt to clinch.
Galt ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Galt looks to score with a jab to the body but Tanner is just out of range.
Galt uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Tanner.
Tanner lands a leg kick that knocks Galt off balance momentarily.

Galt digs a right hand underneath Tanner's ribcage. Tanner let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Galt tries to throw a body punch but Tanner avoids it by throwing Galt back against the cage.

Galt will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Tanner up against the cage.

Tanner wants to take the fight to the mat but Galt manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Tanner breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Tanner misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Tanner scores with a one two! Galt had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Galt throws a head kick but Tanner moves out of range.
Galt wants to clinch up but Tanner keeps it at a distance.
Tanner lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Galt uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tanner.

Tanner feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Galt's calf.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Tanner takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Tanner throws a series of strikes that have Galt backpedaling.

Tanner lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Galt backs up against the cage.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Tanner lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Galt has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Galt and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

and Tanner counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Tanner throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Galt.

Galt throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Galt takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Tanner moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Tanner stalks Galt and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Galt's face. Galt staggers backwards, shaken.
Galt uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Tanner.
Tanner throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Galt stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Tanner will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Galt tries to bum rush Tanner with a series of wild strikes but Tanner uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Galt is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Tanner throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Galt.

Tanner closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
