Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vladan Markovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neil Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Neil Hill was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vladan Markovic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Neil Hill!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Markovic shoots in looking for a takedown. Hill tries to sprawl out of it but Markovic keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hill manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Hill rushes Markovic and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Markovic blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Hill manages to break the clinch.
Markovic blocks a head kick by Hill.
Markovic fails in his attempt to clinch.
Markovic shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hill but Hill pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Markovic fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hill avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vladan Markovic. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hill throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Markovic's head.
A head kick misses from Hill.
Hill closes the distance looking to clinch
and Markovic counters with a left to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hill tries to close the distance and clinch up but Markovic swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Hill closes the distance and clinches.

Hill breaks from the clinch.

Hill takes the fight into the clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Hill.
A bit of stalling here from Hill.
Markovic holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Markovic wants a takedown but no success here.

Hill's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A head kick from Hill lands but Markovic takes it in his stride.

It looks like Vladan Markovic has been cut.
Hill tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Markovic manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Markovic tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hill swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hill lands a big head kick that sends Markovic to the canvas! Hill follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
