The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Saint Randy.
Williams throws a looping overhand right but Saint Randy ducks down to avoid it.
Saint Randy shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Saint Randy was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Williams is looking to improve his position but Saint Randy isn't that keen on the idea.
Williams is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Saint Randy lands a heavy elbow.
Saint Randy postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Williams looks a forlorn figure.

Williams wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Saint Randy cracks Williams with a big right hand from the back mount! Williams immediately covers up and the referee dives in to save him under a barrage of more strikes! Saint Randy takes this one by TKO!
