The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Looney doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Looney takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Sikura throws a good cross that connects.
Looney with a poor takedown
and Sikura counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sikura connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Looney momentarily.
Looney fails with the takedown
and Sikura counters with a straight right hand.
Samuri Sikura has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chad Looney.
Sikura misses with a body shot.
Looney tries for a takedown but Sikura circles away easily
and Sikura connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Looney takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Looney is rocked!
Sikura throws an overhand right that drops Looney like a sack of potatoes! Sikura dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
