Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Steve Dragon!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragon takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Aldo connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Aldo swings for the body but Dragon moves out of range.
Dragon moves away from the strike by Aldo.
Aldo missing with a left hand there. Dragon was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Aldo rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Dragon counters with a right hand to the body.
Aldo looks to throw the jab but Dragon is out of range.
Aldo misses with an uppercut. Dragon saw that one coming.
Dragon uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Aldo.
Aldo fails with the takedown
and Dragon cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Ron Aldo has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dragon lands a slapping body shot.
Aldo is breathing heavily.
Aldo looks to land a left hand but Dragon moved out of range nicely.
Aldo slips a jab from Dragon.
Dragon lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Dragon moves into the clinch.
Dragon breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Aldo loads up on a big right hand but Dragon slips the punch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Aldo misses with an uppercut.
Dragon sends Aldo crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Dragon is motioning to the referee to let Aldo up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dragon closes the distance and clinches.
Still in the clinch, Dragon scores with a nice short uppercut.
Aldo is rocked!
Ron Aldo's cut is getting worse.
Dragon digs a right hand into Aldo's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Aldo's gas tank.
Oh Aldo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dragon creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Aldo's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Aldo drops to his knees and Dragon pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steve Dragon!
Steve Dragon decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
