Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jet Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buck Nasty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nasty is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Dr. Dre- Kush. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nasty thows a left - swing and a miss!

Nasty tries to close the distance and clinch but Black swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A bone on bone clash there as Black blocks the leg kick.

and Black makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Nasty with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Black to score with a decent uppercut.
Nasty is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Black had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Black is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Nasty paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Black takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Black looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
