Waitzel tries to finish him with strikes but Mastain still seems able to defend himself so Waitzel steps back and lets Mastain get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.

Waitzel cracks Mastain with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Waitzel has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Mastain to stand back up!

Mastain switches off momentarily and Waitzel cracks him with a monster right hand! Mastain topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Waitzel dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Waitzel!
