Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hamilton Bird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Gonna Fly Now-Bill Conti. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bird takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Jackson stalks Bird and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Bird's face. Bird staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Hamilton Bird has been cut.
Jackson throws a quick inside leg kick.
Jackson lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Bird backs up against the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bird lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
