Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Funkyama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hilo Hatti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
19 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fedor Funkyama!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hilo Hatti!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as Funkyama checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Funkyama on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Funkyama sizes up Hatti with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Hatti paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like Fedor Funkyama has been cut.

Funkyama misses with a wild body shot.
Funkyama misses the shot to the body.
Funkyama looks to score with a jab to the body but Hatti is just out of range.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Hatti.
Funkyama throws a head kick that misses.

Hatti scores with a sloppy right hand. Funkyama should have avoided that one.
Hatti slips a straight right by Funkyama.

Funkyama is breathing heavily.
Hatti lands with a slapping head kick.
Fedor Funkyama's cut is getting worse.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Funkyama.
Funkyama takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hatti ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Funkyama crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hatti - the referee stops the clock and Funkyama gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hatti. Funkyama manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Hatti moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hatti throws a half hearted mid kick.
Funkyama takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Hatti tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Funkyama looks to score with a jab to the body but Hatti is just out of range.
Funkyama is looking to wear down Hatti with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Hatti misses with a low kick.
Hatti lands a brutal head kick. Funkyama looks out on his feet and Hatti throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
