The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munster misses the jab.
Munster lands with a good body shot.
Jeff Munster seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Zimmerman doesn't manage to clinch there - Munster circles away.
Munster lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

It looks like Levi Zimmerman has been cut.
Zimmerman tries to clinch but Munster is having none of it.
Munster dives in and grabs Zimmerman's left leg, looking for a takedown. Zimmerman pushes down on Munster's head and hops out.
Munster pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Zimmerman back to the cage. Munster follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Zimmerman does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

and Munster counters with a nice uppercut.

Munster escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Zimmerman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

That's time! Zimmerman's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Munster jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Zimmerman walks away with a smile on his face. Munster gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

That has opened up Jeff Munster's cut even more.

Munster takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
