Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Marco Del Torro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Marcus Pellum!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Del Torro changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pellum tries to avoid it but Del Torro manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pellum to the ground. Pellum escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Pellum takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Del Torro rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pellum moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Well Pellum has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
